great experience
spacious room delicious breakfast clean room
The location was convenient to the train station. the room was spacious and it had all necessary amenities. the breakfast each day was fresh and delicious, i ate well, every day, there was so much choice. i appreciated how clean the room was. It was cleaned daily.
the gym opening hours started a little late in the morning.

the room included a comfortable bed and a powerful walk in shower, this was great. the room also had good air conditioning, which i needed. there were also enough powerpoints to charge my devices.

the hotel is near to chamartin station, i liked that it was very easy to reach. the location is convenient to the city center. the main chamartin station is just a short walk from hotel.

expired password room service
the hotel's location was acceptable and near transport links.
i had issues connecting to the wifi. the password had already expired once it was released. accessing the room service menu required downloading an app that i could not use on my phone (i was not impressed).

musical theme complete amenities unique service
I LOVED the hotel's musical theme. It was interesting and FUN. Amenities WERE complete including robes, slippers, and water. I could even borrow musical instruments, such a UNIQUE service.
to me it WAS impossible to connect to the wifi. by WHEN it is released the password already expired.

wifi connectivity room service access
i wasn't entirely happy with the wifi situation. i found it difficult to connect, especially for business needs. the hotel also requires downloading an app to view the room service menu, which i couldn't do on my company phone. it was a bit frustrating and made things less convenient than i hoped.
